Safia and The C (Ras El Hekma km 185 and 188) target Cairo buyers seeking a prestigious coastal destination — longer drive but stronger capital appreciation trajectory given Ras El Hekma's mega-investment backdrop (the EGP 3 trillion Abu Dhabi concession). Choose the destination before comparing units.

The investment logic for a coastal chalet depends entirely on your use-occupancy ratio. A fully rented Safia chalet at 72 sqm can generate EGP 15,000-25,000 per night in peak season. A self-used chalet compresses the rental window. Decide upfront what percentage of the summer season you will rent vs. use — this determines whether the numbers work for you.
