IL Cazar Developments is the modern arm of the Khozam Group for Urban Development, whose roots trace back to 1960 — pairing a six-decade family legacy with a contemporary investment vision. The company launched in 2019 as Go Khozam, then rebranded in 2022 to IL Cazar — an Arabised rendering of “Caesar” — signalling its ambition to build world-class urban destinations.

Led by Chairman & CEO Eng.
